Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team will process it and provide a tracking number within 5 business days.

Under normal circumstances, your order is expected to arrive within 15 calendar days after shipment. Delivery times may be influenced by:

Order Tracking & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via email to monitor your package's progress.
Important Notes
Please ensure your address is accurate. To update your address, email support@moihug.com within 24 hours. Once a tracking number is issued, modifications are not possible.
To cancel, email us within 24 hours with "Cancel Order" and your Order Number in the subject line.
International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage when signing, then contact us immediately at support@moihug.com.
